8 Minute Legs: This program provides guidance for working the thigh muscles to achieve a toned look. As with all of the 8 Minute workouts, this one doesn’t require any extra equipment, just the individual’s body and eight minutes. Simple movements are accompanied by a timer that counts down the minutes and seconds left to complete the maneouvers.
