When the destinies of King Louis XIV and a mysterious prisoner in an iron mask converge, the Three Musketeers and D'Artagnan find themselves caught between conflicting loyalties.
The final episode in "The Three Musketeers" saga finds Aramis attempting a royal coup. Philippe, the man in the iron mask, has been a prisoner in the Bastille for 18 years. He is also King Louis' twin brother. Aramis intends to replace Louis with Philippe, in turn imprisoning the King of France.
