Dr. Wilke does it again with her readable narrative and pragmatic style. Like her other works, she has yet again provided an academically sound work on a topic in desperate need for our educators today. Heavy on practical use for the educator at any level (Use of vignettes in every chapter & written for both the Educator & Educational Student), this book on Ethics is any but 'Tough' on any reader looking for the best resource to date on the topic.

With a heavy emphasis on developing both effective study skills and "reflective" thinking skills, this book: covers issues relevant to all age ranges so students can transfer this knowledge to their own educational settings; provides specific guidance for assistants supporting bilingual learners; helps students develop skills in guidance, counselling, child protection, and behavior management; offers detailed advice on organizing and managing a voluntary club; and includes practical activities for "Developing Study Skills".
Art teachers introduce students – both young and old – to the beauty, history, and significance of art. They encourage creativity and exploration through a variety of media (crayons, paint, clay, and photographs are just a few), while they instruct in the practical principles of technique and discipline. Art teachers enjoy the best of two worlds – they are able to combine their love of art with their desire to share that knowledge with others.
