Volume 4 of Crime and Punishment around the World includes entries on 56 European countries and legal entities. It contains all Member States of the Council of Europe, with the exceptions of Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan—which, for technical reasons, were included in Volume 3: Asia and Pacifi c—and Iceland.
