This booklet contains specifications ana sample papers for the revised Cambridge English: Proficiency examination, also known as Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE). The revised version of the exam will be introduced for the first time in March 2013.

Our revision of Cambridge English: First for Schools is now complete and the updated exam will start being used for exam sessions in January 2015.

This six-level course offers a fast-paced syllabus and a wide range of optional resources to support a high number of teaching hours per week. The series starts with an optional pre-school course, First Friends , before children move on to Family and Friends.
