This book constitutes the proceedings of the 11th International Conference on Computational Linguistics and Intelligent Text Processing, held in Iasi, Romania, in March 2010. The 60 paper included in the volume were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions. The book also includes 3 invited papers. Editor Pong states in his introduction that “the importance of the international character of this encyclopedia project cannot be overstressed.”
