Fun factoids, catch memory hooks, and valuable shortcuts help ensure that what is learned becomes ingrained. Before you know it, the number of words that students can spell correctly skyrockets to new heights - one step at a time.

Over the years, and with the help of friends I have learned what foods I like, and that there are many ways to combine and prepare the same ingredients. Realizing this, I set out to organize these ingredients into one shopping list.
