Stamina Pro is a program that teaches you to touch-type in a series of lessons of increased difficulty. There are five modes in the program: Lessons (the introductory part, skip it if you're familiar with the keyboard and just want to increase your confidence and typing speed), Phrases (typing whole phrases, main mode), Alphabetic ant-hill (considered more difficult than Phrases mode), ALL keys (checks how well you know the keyboard) and External file, where you can choose your own text file, say, a Dickens novel, and practice typing it.
