Well, the Christman holidays just behind us - and a lot of people are already claiming of some pounds/kilograms too much. For sure, they now start watching their weight. For all these there can be a help with this book: "In just 2 weeks you'll be solidly on the road to success, and your waist will probably be 2 inches smaller!" At least the author promises...
